You have the vision.
Let’s build
the structure.
Practical consulting and leadership development for organizations ready to turn a meaningful mission into consistent, sustainable results.
intention.CLARITY → CAPABILITY → CONTINUITY
Build systems that
support your people.
When processes live in someone’s memory, reporting feels like a scramble, and every decision lands on one leader, growth becomes harder than it needs to be.
Through L’Alese Enterprises, Lori A. Jones helps nonprofits, educational programs, and growing businesses clarify the work, strengthen accountability, and put practical systems into daily use.

Through L’Alese Enterprises, I help leaders build the structure that supports their vision—and the people bringing it to life.
Build with Lori ↗A little more clarity.
Where should we start?
Choose the Clarity Assessment if you need help identifying priorities. Choose the Foundation Intensive when you already have one recurring operational challenge and want support implementing a practical solution.
What is the difference between a cohort and consulting?
Cohorts combine instruction and group coaching; your team creates its own tools. Consulting includes customized analysis and deliverables for the agreed process or department.
Can we split the investment into payments?
The Foundation Intensive is split into 50% to begin and 50% at the agreed midpoint. The eight-week program uses 40% at signing, 30% at midpoint, and 30% at handoff. Institutional purchasing arrangements can be discussed during scoping.
Can a partner sponsor support for several nonprofits?
Yes. The sponsored cohort serves five organizations through shared learning and one limited consultation per organization. We agree on participation, goals, and delivery dates with the sponsoring partner.
Does B.U.I.L.D. provide organizational certification?
No. B.U.I.L.D. is a practical consulting and development framework. Its scorecard supports reflection and prioritization; it does not provide regulatory, accreditation, or independently validated certification.
